By accessing or using Paradiiseo's website or mobile app ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Eligibility

To use Paradiiseo, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have legal capacity to enter into a contract
• Complete verification (KYC) if required to host experiences or receive payouts

3. Account Registration

Accounts are created within the Paradiiseo mobile app.

You must provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Verification Requirements

Creators, agencies, and affiliates must complete Stripe Identity Verification (KYC) before publishing experiences or receiving payouts.

Paradiiseo reserves the right to suspend accounts that fail verification or violate platform standards.

5. Payments, Payouts, and Refunds

• All transactions are handled securely by Stripe Connect.
• Paradiiseo does not store or process credit card information.
• Refunds are managed directly by hosts per our internal refund policy.
• Affiliate payouts and creator earnings are distributed automatically via Stripe.
• Paradiiseo may delay or withhold payouts if fraud, disputes, or refund requests are under review.

6. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Post, upload, or share illegal or harmful content
• Use Paradiiseo for scams, harassment, or misleading activity
• Circumvent verification or payout systems
• Violate intellectual property, privacy, or local laws

7. Content Ownership and License

You retain ownership of your uploaded content (photos, listings, and descriptions).

By publishing, you grant Paradiiseo a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display and promote the content for platform use.

You warrant that your content does not infringe upon others' rights.

8. Platform Rights

Paradiiseo may:

• Edit or remove any content violating these Terms
• Suspend or terminate users for policy violations
• Modify features or restrict access for compliance or maintenance

9. Disclaimer

Paradiiseo provides the Services "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We make no guarantees about continuous availability, reliability, or suitability for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paradiiseo Inc and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Use or inability to use the Services
• Unauthorized access or data disclosure
• Interactions with other users or third parties

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Paradiiseo Inc, its officers, and affiliates from any claims or damages arising out of:

• Your use of the Services
• Violation of these Terms
• Infringement of rights of any third party

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time if you:

• Breach these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Fail to comply with verification or payment requirements

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Services.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.

All disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Delaware.
